"Didn't feel all that personal"
I don’t know, I was kind of expecting it to feel more meaningful or sentimental, but it just didn’t really land that way for me. It was fine, I guess, just not something that felt especially personal.

"Got it sorted, but it took a while"
Well... I had an issue with my order and I was frustrated at first. I expected to hear back sooner, so the waiting part definitely didn’t help.

After sending a couple of messages, they eventually got back to me and explained things clearly. The item turned out to be fine in the end, which made the whole situation a bit better.

I’m giving 3 stars because they did fix the problem, but the delay and back-and-forth were kind of annoying. I might order again, but I’m not totally sure yet

"Felt cheap and nobody seemed to care"
I wore it once and it already broke, which was frustrating. The material felt really cheap from the start, and when I tried to get help, I felt kind of dismissed, like it wasn’t a big deal. Definitely not what I expected.

"Helpful support, just a little slow"
Support did get back to me and they were nice enough, but it took longer than I was expecting. I think I checked my email like three times while making coffee and feeding the cat. They did sort out the issue in the end, so I can’t really complain too much, I just wish the replies came a bit faster.

It arrived without any issues and it’s fine, but I kind of regret paying full price for it. The product is nice enough, just not quite as good as I was expecting for the money. It’s not bad by any means, but after using it, I feel like I probably could’ve found something similar for less

It looks good at first glance, but the quality feels a little lighter and cheaper than I was hoping for. It’s not terrible by any means, just nothing special. For the price, I’d say it’s okay value, but I probably wouldn’t call it a great buy

I’ll admit, it looked really cute when I first got it, so I was happy at the start. Unfortunately, after only wearing it a few times, it started showing wear way faster than I expected. For the price, I guess I just foolishly assumed it would hold up a little better. It’s not the worst thing ever, but I definitely wouldn’t buy it again

"The Box Had a Little Drama"
I’ll be honest, I was expecting a bit more of a grand entrance since it was meant to be a gift. The packaging was fine overall, but plain, and then the box showed up with one corner slightly dented like it had been through a tiny battle. Thankfully, everything inside was perfectly fine, so no real disaster. It wasn’t bad at all, I just thought it would look a little nicer.

"Not really happy with how it turned out"
I was disappointed when my order arrived. It just looked... kind of rushed, like not much care went into it. The edges were rough, the finish wasn’t clean, and overall it felt uneven. For what I paid, I expected a lot better.

"Shipping took longer than expected"
The order itself was fine, but the shipping took almost two weeks. I kept checking my receipt and email for updates, but there really wasn’t much info along the way. It eventually arrived, but the wait was frustrating.

My delivery never showed up, and I didn’t get any updates about what was going on. I understand delays can happen, but it would’ve been nice to be kept informed. i’m still waiting for an explanation and an apology.

"Website was a bit frustrating to use"
I was just trying to browse around and maybe place an order, but the site felt kind of clunky... a few pages loaded slower than I expected, and I had to click around more than I should’ve just to find basic details.
The products themselves looked nice, which is why I kept looking, but the website didn’t feel very smooth. Checkout wasn’t super clear either... so I ended up stopping before finishing my order. It could definitely be easier to use

"Just felt a bit too cluttered for my taste"
I know everyone has different design preferences, but to me the site looked kind of messy. There was a lot going on, and the colors didn’t really come together in a way that worked for me. Maybe it’s just my style, but I found it a little hard to focus on what I was supposed to be looking at.
